Few years before Noida are considered as underprivileged city because most of the people have thought that there is no possible growth and the city development will like the same for all the time. But now the people expectation has changed and Noida development increased rapidly with in few time. Now Noida has two main expressways and wide roads and the Noida properties value is sky-touching in both residential and commercial realty sector.

Noida has become most popular for IT sector in India and the demand rise for commercial properties such as offices. There are many numbers of new commercial constructions available for offices which have been for sale. In Noida with many number of heavy investments for IT and ITES improvement there is rapid growth in the city and the population growth also rapidly increased. The price of the property in Sectors 14A, 15A, 17 and 44 has increased to Rs.38,000/- per sq-mt which comes under category-I. in category-II the prices has raised to RS.27,800/- per sq-mt and for category-III the prices has gone up to RS.17,000/-per sq-mt.

In earlier days Noida real estate is having second priority after Gurgaon. But now the priority has changed and Noida properties demand has increased same as to Gurgaon. In Nodia the available facilities like hospitals, schools, shopping malls, entertainment places, industries, multinational companies, express highways and Delhi Metro the people lifestyle has changed and the quality of life for the people has increased. So that most of the people are in a search to buy property in Noida. Now Noida real estate market has proved its worth and many people are shifting from Delhi to Noida as they fell that they can find the cheap and best property in Noida by spending the money which they spend on affordable Delhi property.
